- Grinder must be inspected before each use
- The grinder must be double insulated or have a third prong on the plug
- The guards and handles must be in place
- an approved backing plate must be used
- The cord must be undamaged and free of defect
- the disc must be rated for the tool – Max safe operating speed of the disc must be greater than or equal to the maximum speed of the Grinder shaft RPM
- The disc must not have signs of cracks or damage
- You must never operate a grinder with one hand.
- Guards must never be modified or removed
